Terms of Service

Last updated: September 29, 2026

These terms govern your use of Cadence, a scheduling service. By creating an account or using a Cadence booking page, you agree to them.

Using Cadence

Cadence lets you publish your availability, connect calendar accounts, and accept bookings from invitees. You must provide accurate account information, keep your credentials secure, and use Cadence only for lawful scheduling purposes.

You may not use Cadence to send spam or unsolicited bulk invitations, to impersonate others, or to book meetings fraudulently. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service or endanger other users.

Calendar connections

When you connect a Google Calendar, Cadence accesses it through Google's OAuth sign-in with your approval. Cadence uses that access to read your free/busy time so booking pages show only genuinely free slots, and to create, move and delete events for bookings made through Cadence. Cadence does not delete events you created outside of Cadence, and it does not use calendar data for any purpose other than operating scheduling.

You are responsible for the calendar settings you choose (which calendars are checked for conflicts and which calendar receives new bookings) and for keeping your connected accounts authorized. You can disconnect an account at any time from the Integrations page, or revoke access from your Google Account settings.

Bookings and invitees

You are responsible for honoring the bookings made through your links, for the availability you publish, and for the content of your custom booking questions. You are also responsible for how you use the personal data invitees submit to you, and you must comply with applicable privacy laws when contacting or storing it.

Cadence provides the scheduling mechanism — conflict protection, rescheduling, cancellation and confirmations — but it does not attend, mediate or guarantee the meetings themselves.

Availability and changes to the service

We work to keep Cadence available and correct, but the service is provided "as is". Scheduling depends on third-party providers (such as Google) whose availability we do not control. Features may change over time, and we may modify these terms; material changes will be noted on this page with a new date. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cadence is not liable for missed meetings, lost business, or indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service, including failures or delays in third-party calendar providers. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Termination and account deletion

You can stop using Cadence at any time and delete individual bookings, contacts, event types and calendar connections from within the app. To delete your account and its personal data entirely, email jeanlucandrenavarro@gmail.com. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
